[Radiant] Tagging support

Good morning everyone,
I have to implement the same functionality for my blog, assign labels to
blog entries and then on the index page render a list of all labels possible
which in turn links you to a page with all the blog post having that tag.

Any idea on how to go about this in Radiant in some automated way?
