[Radiant] Page behavior tutorial

Page behaviors have been deprecated.  However, the essential concept of 
behaviors have been transferred to subclasses of Page.  I don't know of 
any good tutorials, but is there something specific you want to do?  We 
could discuss how to accomplish that with Page subclasses.
