[Radiant] Extension: mediawiki_filter 0.2

Hi

I've just tagged version 0.2 of mediawiki_filter - in case anyone would like
to use Mediawiki markup on pages. The new version works around some
shortcomings of the underlying MediaCloth gem and adds some extras such as
support for [[Image]] and [[Media]] tags as well as Lightbox2.
