[Radiant] freeze edge broken?

I'm working on scripting updates & deployment stuff on a Radiant
installation that I have that was frozen to Rev 631 and discovered that
I can no longer freeze an installation to an edge version. It's not
causing me a problem, but I thought I'd send this to the list. I think
it might be related to the recent move of the svn repository, but
haven't the time to investigate it.
Here's what I get if I set up a brand-new install of the demo and then
try to freeze it:
radiantcms_demo $ rake radiant:freeze:edge
(in /home/billb/projects/radiantcms_demo)
rm -rf vendor/radiant
mkdir -p vendor/radiant
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/radiant'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/radiant': 302 Found (http://dev.radiantcms.org)
rake aborted!
