[Radiant] Can no longer connect to Radiant admin over ssl anymore; times out

The only thing I have changed is adding the default page parts
extension but that may be unrelated.
I can connect via standard http:// and I can connect to other Rails
apps vhosted on the same vps.

Radiant 0.6.1
nginx/0.5.22 proxying to 2 mongrel processes

Any ideas?
