[Radiant] RadiantCMS Mailer Error

Thanks for the instructions Rainer. After making the Mailer Form, I actually
had to reboot the webserver and log out of the Admin Login for the "mailer"
extension to show up in the Page Style and Extensions section.

Made a Contact Us page, the config part and email_html part. Modified the
CSS to add style but when I select the "Submit" button, Radiant throws an
error:

Application error

Please contact Technical Support is this error continues

Checked the /radiant_app/log/production.log.
