[Radiant] Can't install radiant

That's kind of a poor solution in general.  Say you commit your  
radiant to git, and deploy via capistrano, extensions included.  It  
would suck to uninstall those on the webserver.

The better solution is that extension should be written so that they  
don't break bootstrapping.
