[Radiant] Problem with installing reorder

Hi,

I am trying to install the Reorder extension. When I do: rake  
db:migrate:extensions I get:

rake aborted!
uninitialized constant ApplicationController

(See full trace by running task with --trace)


What I did:

1. downloaded full(*) radiant tree using SVN
2. downloaded Reorder extension and put it into vendor/extensions  
directory
3. run rake db:migrate:extensions in radiant root directory

(*) i need to do it this way because I have no shell access on the  
remote/host server, therefore I can not perform any actions there.  
only way how to install application is through FTP. I am doing similar  
steps on my local machine to be sure everything I do would be possible  
to do on the remote server.

What should be wrong?
