[Radiant] 500 Error on page update - mod_rails related?

Hi all. To those of you in the US: Happy 4th!

I have run into a problem where I can not save previously created pages.
When attempted I get:

   "Application error (Apache)

Change this error message for exceptions thrown outside of an action
(like in Dispatcher setups or broken Ruby code) in public/500.html"

I can create new pages, as well as create and update layouts, snippets,
style sheets and javascripts. (Scripts and Style sheet extension
installed).

I have been unable to find any errors being logged anywhere. No errors
show up in my apache logs or the production log.

To tip me over the brink into (temporary?) insanity, the site works find
in production mode on my development machine.

My dev machine is running:
Fedora 8
Ruby 1.8.6
Rails 2.0.2
Radiant 0.6.7
Mongrel
MySQL 5

My production machine is running
Fedora 9
Ruby 1.8.6
Rails 2.0.2
Radiant 0.6.7
Apache 2.2
Passenger (mod_rails)
MySQL 5

I am running a bunch of extensions:
Styles and Scripts
Syntax Highlighting
Comments
Blog Tags
Tags (web 2.0 style)

Permissions and ownership has been checked.

So I am thinking it is related to Passenger. I have scoured the
passenger documentation, this and the radiant dev mailing list, and run
more Google searches then I ever have on a weekend.

Has anyone experienced anything similar to this problem?

Thanks!

Alan Peabody
