[Radiant] Javascript on the admin page

I have updated gem from 0.9.2 to 1.0.1 by gem update --system.
Next step I run rake radiant:update and get:
install -c -m 0755 
/usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/radiant-0.6.4/lib/tasks/../generators/instance/templates/instance_generate 
script/generate.
The result is no change. There are no 'More', 'Filter', 'Available
Tags' and adding new tabs. What is wrong in my actions?
