[Radiant] installing copy/move in 0.6.4

Hi Grant, open the environment.rb and set shards as first extension to be
loaded:

config.extensions = [ :shards, :textile_filter, :markdown_filter, :all ]

Now it should work! I'm going to add this documentation in the README file!
