[Radiant] Checkout from SVN or Gem

You can `radiant mysite` and add the mysite directory to svn and use
externals there, and not have to track trunk, which may have breakages
sometimes, or incompatibilities with certain extensions.  If you do
check out from svn you can use a tag or branch to get a stable version
you know works with your extensions.
