[Radiant] bootstrap is telling me it cannot find the gem, gem list shows it though

It didn't seem to make a difference:
RADIANT_GEM_VERSION = '0.6.6'
ENV['RAILS_ENV'] ||= 'production'

I added it to the production.rb class too, just in case. That didn't  
make a difference either.
