[Radiant] Ruby Gems Installation Issue

I just updated to ver. 0.6.5. My essential problem remains:

$ radiant --database sqlite3 "/home/tom/Ruby projects -
Toms/radiant-test-CMS"
bash: radiant: command not found

Awaiting enlightenment.
