[Radiant] bug in reorder extension

i'm using radiant 0.6.4 and there seems to be a bug in the reorder  
extension (rel_0-6-4): the items in the subpage list cannot be moved,  
because the dragdrop.js library is not included in reorder.rhtml  
(diff attached).
