[Radiant] Radiant 0.6.5 RC2 and mailer Extension

Hi there,

I found a "workaround" for this: I removed the redirect page in the  
config declaration of the mailer
so the error does not get thrown anymore. But this is not a very  
elegant solution, as the user
gets no feedback that the mailer form has successfully been submitted.

The question for me is where this thing needs to be fixed:
- In the mailer extension or
- in radiant?

I'd like to fix this but need a hint where to start ...
