[Radiant] Basic question abt tags

Hi Sean,
Thanks for the qick reply! Just wanted to be sure that there wasn't
another simpler thing that allowed creation of only tags. I guess I'll
just create an 'extension' that includes all my site-specific tags.
Other extensions can be for more general things.
