[Radiant] [ANN] Maruku Filter Extension v0.1

Hi Bjorn,

I appreciate this very much. We find maruku supports our scientific workstyle quite well.
It would be wonderful, if the extension could be enriched with itex2MML (for
instance see http://golem.ph.utexas.edu/instiki/show/HomePage ).

Any way quite a timely extension for us! :)
