[Radiant] [ANN] Maruku Filter Extension v0.1

Hello,

This is an extension to Radiant CMS that adds support for Maruku: A
Markdown-superset interpreter.

Supposedly there already exists a Maruku filter extension. However the site
has been unreachable for about a month, and I have yet to hear from the site
owner, so I decided to make my own.

Should you have questions, comments or suggestions please let me know either
here or off-list
