[Radiant] Commentable extension

Hmm... well if it was ported from my Commentable behavior (for 0.5.x),
I have not had contact with the code in a LONG time.  There were some
ugly hacks in Commentable anyway.  I wouldn't recommend it.
artofmission.com has a comments extension I believe.
