[Radiant] "Shards" extension questions

Had the same problem, found a snippet of info in a different extensions
that depended on shards -
In your environment.rb file, located in /config, update the
config.extensions such that shards loads first, was around line 33 for
me:
config.extensions = [ :shards, :all ]
