[Radiant] How to iterate over all pages?

Hello,

I am searching for a way to keep track of what my inexperienced editors 
are doing. A feed that shows all changes in the whole site would do I 
think. However, I do not see a way to iterate over all pages.

I tried the aggregation extension, but that requires me to list each and 
every section. I am looking at something that will give each and every page.

Is there a simple solution, or do I need to write a new extension?
