[Radiant] Problem with 0.6.1 - Can't access 'Pages' tab

Hello Sean!

Thanks, I managed to get it. Some reason my extension_meta was gimped; I 
backed up, cleared it, and redid the rake db:migrate:extensions and it 
worked. No clue why, but it did.
