[Radiant] Radiant site down ?

Unfortunately this seems to happen rather frequently. I am not sure
what is being planned to provide a reasonable availability in the
future, but I have access to a number of resources and would be happy
to help out. Whoever is in charge, probably John, please let me know
if you are interested.
