[Radiant] Hide pages from other users

Pablo, sorry for the late response.

If you don't want normal users to be able to modify the stylesheet you 
can put it in the public folder of the Web site. This may make editing 
harder for yourself, but it will prevent  normal users from making 
changes themselves.

You could also create a stylesheet extension that would only be 
available to people with developer privileges.
