[Radiant] rss_feeds extension

hello,
I only recently updated to Radiant 0.6.2, so I decided to re-wrap the 
old 'rss_behavior' plugin as an Extension, hoping it may be useful to 
someone. The result is here:

   http://dev.incal.net/svn/radiant/rss_feeds

The additional tags provided by this extension are the same as the old 
behavior. There is some scarce documentation in the README.


Comments and suggestions are of course welcome, but please Cc: me as I 
cannot read this list very frequently.
