[Radiant] API through XML-RPC (was: Re: JS-free view ? (newcomer))

Boris,

XML-RPC would be great. I don't know the innards of Radiant (mental)
enough to give a definitive answer, but if it can be done, it would
give Radiant tremendous flexibility.
