[Radiant] New in Jargon: User Language Preference

Thanks Sean, this is the spot, but for some reason, it won't take any  
of the Gibberish strings. If I change the main string (i.e "Pages"),  
it does change it, but not using the Gibberish translations. Very  
weird. Any ideas?
