[Radiant] Reorder image link broken

I'm running Radiant 0.6.2 gem with the Reorder extension installed.  The
reorder image icon isn't getting loaded on the Page view.  When I view
source, I see the image is loaded differently from the add and delete
images - see the numerical suffix that's missing for reorder.
