[Radiant] CopyMove plugin not visible?

Radiant 0.6.2, CopyMove 1.8.4, Rails 1.2.3..

I've installed the CopyMove extension and can manually connect to its
URLs, but the CopyMove buttons never show up in the pages list.  Might I
have missed something in the installation or could another extension be
conflicting with it (e.g. Reorder)?  Thanks.
