[Radiant] Follow-up (2) Error Log Permissions

By changing the permissions in the rails app log dir, I no longer get any
permission errors in any .log.

Now have the Boilerplate Site (option) 3, but only the home page. Any
attempt to use any internal link, ie the Archives or Blog Posts, results in
the Application Error with the URl changing to server-ip/admin/welcome

Does this mean there is an error in one of the controllers?
