[Radiant] Latest Checkout of Mental Fails on Redcloth: Error 403

Hi All,

Was reloading the system, using the Mental/SVN method;

sudo svn checkout
http://dev.radiantcms.org/svn/radiant/branches/mental/radiant
...
...
...

Fails at;

Fetching external item into 'radiant/vendor/redcloth'
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/redcloth/tags/RELEASE_3_0_4'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/redcloth/tags/RELEASE_3_0_4': 403 Forbidden (
http://code.whytheluckystiff.net)

I tried to build the systme without a complete RedCloth with no joy.

Any ideas why this server is blocking me?
