I didn't get this earlier but I hope you will still find it useful.
You can get the file from
http://sohne.net/files/assets_behavior-0.0.1.tar.gz (I've verified
that works for me).

My hosting plan doesn't appear to permit me to have secure repository
access via HTTPS without having to purchase an SSL certificate, and it
won't allow anonymous access via HTTP to coexist with svn+ssh access,
so I have to either keep my repositories private, or make them all
anonymous and writable. I would love to put the source to it in a more
accessible location or server.

If the link you tried doesn't work, then it's probably a bug in my
code somewhere.
