[Radiant] Bring values from database

That kind of issue is the thing that the "mental" branch, and evenutally
release 0.6, attempts to solve. In my day job I'm currently working on a
bunch of "extensions" for Radiant to use on the college website. However,
our release date is looming and not all of the legacy Perl and PHP forms
will be converted by then. The solution we decided on was to either point
the new website to the old form until it was converted, or include it in an
<iframe> tag. Unless you're familiar with developing in Rails, extending
Radiant would not be a good place to start. There are many solutions to
this problem that don't have to involve Radiant directly!

That said, the "mental" branch handles extensions very elegantly and you
should be able to create something quickly with it.
