[Radiant] Cloning a page/Page Templates

I can see that this would be helpful. It's not on the list of things for 
the immediate future, but I would not be opposed to incorporating this 
feature if someone came up with a clean implementation for it (with 
tests, of course!).

Try this:

% script/console production
