[Radiant] Make a Google sitemap.xml with Radiant

I've edited this Howto
http://dev.radiantcms.org/radiant/wiki/HowToMakeASiteMap, adding a simple
way to get a standards compliant sitemap.xml to submit to Google.

Let me know if it works for you and feel free to edit the wiki page to make
it more fluent.
