[Radiant] radius tags ideas

Has anybody followed up on this suggestion made by Tristan?

I haven't found out anything on this idea and I really need a (back-next)
behavior. Can somebody point me on the right direction? I'm willing to
smash my head against a wall trying to figure it out so any advice is
appreciated.
