[Radiant] Page Parts as Attachments, Tags, Images, Events, etc.

Comments should be separate as John says. It's a little too abstract to
start calling everything a page part. Just call it a comment and give it
a table and the problem is solved. It's simple to do and it's pragmatic
to boot.
