[Radiant] Can radiant b used to achive this.

I will prob stay with rails, and design my own custom solutions (CMS)..
Can someone point me to any artical which can give me a kickstart for making
such CMS..
ALso is it a possible that i can use some of the radiant code which would
save me a lot of work..
