[Radiant] Page admin treeview with large number of pages

And making that page admin more flexible for that could lead to  
subpages being used for...comments.

* Breadcrumb page management
* "post comment" behavior that receives the action of the commentable  
page's form and creates a new subpage for that comment.

Root
   Commentable Page
   - comments (special subpage to parent all the comments)
   --- comment 1
   --- comment 2
   --- etc.
   - regular subpage
   Other page
