[Radiant] Behaviors - Rails Playground

Third party behaviors do not seem to 'behave' correctly. They will allow 
you to assign them to content but not always execute at runtime. Has 
anyone else encountered this issue? I am thinking it may actually have 
to do with the  'radiant_behavior_filters' but I have not been able to 
confirm this.

Specifically I am using:

radiant_behavior_filters
radiant_mailer_behavior
radiant_password_protected_behavior
