[Radiant] DreamHost - "Rails application failed to start properly"

If you can set it, go ahead and run an instantiated FastCGI process rather
than dynamically spawned.  I believe you have to use the FastCgiServer
directive.  Chapter 22 p.460 of AWDwR, first edition, has some information
that may be useful to you. ;)
