[Radiant] Trouble getting started

I'm installing Radiant on TextDrive and followed a number of directions as
best as I could. However, I'm certain I've done something wrong. Lighttpd is
running and rails is running, but I never got a 500 error as was mentioned
in a couple how-to's. In fact, the site is currently displaying the text of
dispatch.fcgi rather than running it. Any ideas?
