[Radiant] De-spamming the trouble tickets

Please do! Be careful that you don't close real tickets that have  
been spammed, as sometimes the spam-bot will change the summary etc.  
And also mark them with [SPAM] in the summary.

comment/trac spam is one of the few things that really gets up my  
nose :)
