[Radiant] Creating new tabs in the admin interface?

1) Create your three pane layout and place it into a Radiant layout.
2) Make sure you have a <r:content part='sidebar-2'/> tag inside that layout.
2) Create a new page part called sidebar-2 or something like that in
each page that you create
3) Make the new page has the layout you just created as its layout.
4) You should see the extra page you defined when you view this page ...
