[Radiant] images, stylesheets and scripts - OH MY!

Michael,

Items that are text, like javascripts or CSS stylesheets can be created as
regular pages.  If you installed it with one of the premade sites, you'll
get the Stylesheet layout for free, which just dumps the content and sets
the content-type as text/css.  If not, it's easy to create them, just make
sure to click "More", and set the appropriate content-type.

As for images and Flash files, until their patch/upgrade comes through,
you'll have to manually upload them into the public/ directory, either under
public/images/ or a directory of your choosing.
