[Radiant] Custom Tag doesn't work

Would some of you be willing to test this code out in your version of
Radiant and see if it works?  It works in IRB but doesn't inside Radiant.  I
tried it on my Textdrive install and Radiant crashes/refuses to start.
Please list what version of RMagick, O/S, and Radiant version you're using.
