[Radiant-Docs] Apologies & Stand Down

Hi Jon and the Radiant Docs List!

As things have turned out for me, I haven't had any more webdesign
work, just computer technician and training work, and have had no time
to help the Radiant project. I'm also going away for 5 weeks from the
start of December for Christmas.

So would like to apologies and stand down as the volunteer lead for
the Radiant Docs subproject.

I'll remain subscribed to all the Radiant lists of course, and when I
find myself back in this line of work I hope to return to this nice
community and way of managine my websites.
