[Radiant-docs] Install Tutorial

That's good stuff, how about we expand on that an put it on the Radiant blog :-)
We need more tutorials like that. I think John's earlier post with his
presentation slides
has a lot of potential to spawn of tutorials like the one you wrote. Ideas ?
