[Radiant-docs] Install Tutorial

All,

John suggested I post here to let everyone know that I've written a  
tutorial to installing Radiant on my website.

It's a bit biased in that I use SQLite and Lighttpd, but it would not  
be hard to adapt it to be a general install guide that could be  
posted on the Radiant website.

I'm also interested in helping getting the Radiant documentation off  
the ground because I think it'll help everyone interested in Radiant  
(including myself) get a better understanding of how everything works.
